Great Day for Annaharvey Horses

Annaharvey Royale Touch ridden by Orla Carroll were the win

ners of the Western region combined training league at Milchem Equestrian Center yesterday. Scoring 21 in the dressage and a clear in the show jumping they clinched the final with a win and giving the combination a run away score of 30 points in the league sponsored by Redmills. This was a very successful campaign for the pair who clocked up two wins , a second and a fifth place over the league. The next nearest were Vinnie Donnelly riding Killea Gynis View and Sam Deverell on Annaharvey Klipspringer both on 18 points with a win and a second each. Meanwhile back at Annaharvey the Streamstown Hunter Trials were under way. There were over 450 runners on the day in the beautiful sunshine. Annaharvey Klipspringer(a.k.a. Merry Legs) ridden by Lara Rohde were second in the Novice Singles with a Clear round in 4:17:18. The Open Singles went to Rachel Wrest riding Forest Rose who are regular competitors in the Annaharvey showjumping league.

So it was a great day all round and we are all looking forward to seeing how they all get on in the Brosna Foxhounds Hunter Trials next week.
