The aroma as you come into the house is wonderful, fresh cookies, cakes & breads are being got ready, and we are making up small presents for Mother's Day, St. Patrick's Day & of course Easter, which is just around the corner.
There's lots going on outside as well - the lads are busy finishing off new all weather paddocks for the livery horses - a great advantage when the weather is wet & everywhere mucky. Henry is ploughing for spring sowing - not too arduous a task in his new tractor!

Annaharvey Farm Shortbread recipe:
500g plain flour
250g icing sugar
250g cornflour
500g melted butter
mix all dry ingredients together & add melted butter mix well & flatten out into a baking tray or roll out & cut into circles - bake for 20 mins in med oven - really scrummy!
