Annaharvey Jumping League Final

The final of the Annaharvey Jumping league took place on Friday 30th at Annaharvey Farm . The league has been running since the 19th October with compeditors competing in the Pre-Mini, Mini, Midi and maxi competitions. Point are awarded each night to the compeditiors. In the Premini and mini 3 points are awarded for a double clear round and 1 point for compleating th course without elimination. In the Midi and maxi those that get a double clear go to a jumpoff with points are awarded as follows: 1st=6 pts, 2nd =5pts, 3rd =4 pts and all double clears get 3 pts.

Pre Mini
Emma Beattie riding Annaharvey Chief was the winner of the league with 17 points. with only one mistake over the league. Second was Saoirse Kellagher on Chief and Leah Kavanagh in third.

Christina Wilkie

Mini
The Mini was a very tight affair coming into the final night with with both Caoimhe Fitzpatrick and Christina Wilkie in the joint lead. A clear round from Christina put a little pressure on Caoimhe who faulted in her round to give the title to Christina. Rebecca Carroll leap froged Caoimh into second place on Annaharvey Half Nut to claim second with a clear round on the night.

Ciara Milner and Miss Twiggy

Midi
The midi went to Ciara Milner riding Miss Twiggy with a 7 point margin over Darragh Neville on Mohalk and Rupert and Kelly Farrrell. Ciara won three nights of the league including second in the final and with several placings during the league gave her an almost unstoppable adavantage going into  final. Darragh Neville on Mohalk took the final night which jumped him from third to second in the league.

Megan Dunne and Paddy 

Maxi
The maxi league was a Megan Dunne procession with no less than 5 wins in the league for 33 points.  With her very speedy horse Paddy they were an unstoppable force with only one pole down in the league. Second place went to Niamh Redmond on Lilly with two second place finishes and a double clear to give the pair 13 points. Third place went to Orla Carroll on Annaharvey Natal
